In Stockholm, our automation department is divided into two divisions, located in Sollentuna, Västberga, and Södertälje, and we are now looking for a new colleague for Sollentuna.

About the role of Automation Engineer

As an automation engineer, you will be a key person in the work of creating smart, energy-efficient, and sustainable properties. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing control and monitoring systems that ensure operational reliability, comfort, and reduced energy consumption.

Your tasks

As an Automation Engineer, you will have a central role in our projects. Each project is unique, which means that the tasks vary and provide you with an exciting and developing everyday life. You will be responsible for the technical solutions, contribute to project economics, and drive projects from start to finish - with a focus on high quality and good economy.

Design and construction.
Programming of PLC, DUC, and HMI/SCADA.
Material orders.
Contact with subcontractors for installation and control cabinets.
Participation in various project meetings.
Lead or participate in coordinated functional tests and inspections.
Operationally lead automation technicians and other employees in projects.
Troubleshooting and technical support, responsible for assisting customers with operational issues and problems.
Project economics and contract law.

Your background

We are looking for someone with the right attitude - the willingness to learn, the willingness to share knowledge, the willingness to be challenged, and the willingness to go the extra mile.

In addition to your drive, we would like you to have:

At least three years of experience in automation with good experience in programming/commissioning is a requirement.
Meritorious experience with brands such as Saia, Distech, Fidelix, Schneider, and Webport.
Knowledge of various communication protocols such as Modbus, Bacnet, and M-Bus.
A structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented personality who enjoys new challenges and dynamic work.
Driver's license B.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
